Permitted use

Account responsibility
You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your registered account. Credentials must not be shared with third parties. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must notify 92 Game immediately at [email protected]. 92 Game reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account found to be in breach of these Terms without prior notice or refund of outstanding balances where prohibited conduct is confirmed.
Intellectual property
Ownership
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, audio, video, and data compilations, is the exclusive property of 92 Game or its licensors and is protected under the Copyright Act, 1957 (India), the Trade Marks Act, 1999 (India), and applicable international intellectual property conventions. Unauthorised reproduction or commercial exploitation of any Site content constitutes infringement and may result in civil and criminal liability under Indian law.
Limited licence
92 Game grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access Site content for personal, non-commercial use only. This licence expressly excludes: downloading or copying content for redistribution; modifying, translating, or creating derivative works; reverse engineering any software or game engine component; and removing proprietary watermarks or ownership notices from any material.
User-submitted content
By submitting reviews, comments, screenshots, or any other content to the Site, you grant 92 Game a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, sublicensable licence to use, reproduce, adapt, and display that content for operational and promotional purposes. You warrant that you hold all necessary rights to grant this licence and that your submission does not infringe any third-party intellectual property, privacy, or other legal right.
Limitation of liability
No warranties
The Site and all content, features, and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. 92 Game does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Gaming outcomes, where applicable, are subject to the rules of each game and 92 Game makes no representation regarding the likelihood or frequency of any particular result.
Exclusion of damages
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 92 Game, its directors, employees, partners, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to or use of the Site, including loss of data, loss of profits, or interruption of business, even if 92 Game has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our aggregate liability to you for any direct loss shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Third-party payment processors
Transactions on the Site may be processed through third-party payment providers, including but not limited to PhonePe, Google Pay (GPay), and BHIM UPI. 92 Game is not responsible for errors, delays, or failures attributable to these providers or to your bank. Any disputes regarding payment processing must be raised directly with the relevant provider, though we will assist with reasonable information requests to facilitate resolution.
